The biggest question mark for the Las Vegas Raiders going into the 2025 offseason is at the quarterback position, where the team doesn't have a locked-in starter once again. After the failed Jimmy Garoppolo experiment in 2023, the Raiders tried their hand at fixing the problem with a combination of Gardner Minshew and Aidan O'Connell in 2024, but as was expected, that did not pan out. The Raiders have multiple avenues they can explore for a new starting signal-caller, and they won't have to just take one of them. Las Vegas could sign a veteran bridge option in free agency and then select a quarterback in the 2025 NFL Draft.
