It has been said over and over again that the Las Vegas Raiders are in desperate need of a quarterback. Unfortunately, the team picked a year to need a quarterback. Not only is the free agent crop at the position not very strong, but the quarterback class coming out of college is top-heavy and the Raiders are not on the clock until pick No. 6. Given the current quarterbacks on the roster, the team cannot afford to wait until the draft and hope that a player falls to them, so they'll likely need to push for a free agent or another available quarterback before April.
