A lot has gone wrong for the Chicago Bears this season, but at least the franchise made the right move in firing former head coach Matt Eberflus, something that should've been done long ago. Now, the Bears can focus on finding the right man for the job, and after that they will have some needs to address, with one of them being in the pass-rush, where the Bears have tallied 31 sacks, tied for the 13th-fewest in the NFL this season. In putting together a 2025 offseason plan for the Bears, Windy City Gridiron's Jacob Infante wants to see Chicago sign Las Vegas Raiders edge rusher Malcolm Koonce, and he suggests a two-year, $20 million deal.
