After trading for Geno Smith, the Las Vegas Raiders' plan should be to surround him with talent. On paper, the Raiders are still a below-average team, and having a decent quarterback doesn't change that. Adding Smith was a step in the right direction, but for a Raiders team that's looking to win much sooner than later, they aren't in the best position. Hernandez has dealt with some injuries throughout his career, which could be said for most of the players still available.
