Raiders free agent pitch lands projected $16 million 2-time All-Pro receiver

The Las Vegas Raiders still have a plethora of needs that could be addressed through free agency, including wide receiver. Outside of Jakobi Meyers, the Raiders don't have a starting-caliber player at the position and must add another playmaker for quarterback Geno Smith.
