Raiders trade pitch adds competition for Aidan O'Connell in $18 million quarterback

The Las Vegas Raiders will almost assuredly add a quarterback to the roster this offseason. Whether that quarterback comes from the draft or free agency, or perhaps both, remains to be seen. The Raiders currently hold the sixth pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Speculation has been floated about the team trading up in the draft to land a quarterback, and some mocks have even had the team landing its quarterback without trading up.
