The Las Vegas Raiders' offense was incredibly underwhelming in 2024, as the unit averaged just 18.2 points per game and looked completely incompetent for most of the season. General manager John Spytek will be tasked to upgrade the group this offseason, and he must start at quarterback. Aidan O'Connell and Gardner Minshew served as the Raiders' starters at the position for most of the year, and neither were impressive. Las Vegas should also look to add another receiving option to the offense, as All-Pro tight end Brock Bowers and veteran wide receiver Jakobi Meyers are the only viable playmakers on the unit.
