Raiders free agent pitch adds $18 million quarterback Chip Kelly would love

The Las Vegas Raiders have many needs this offseason, but none are more glaring than the quarterback position. Gardner Minshew, Aidan O'Connell, and Desmond Ridder each got the chance to start for the team in 2024, but none impressed. Now, Minshew could be a potential cap casualty while Ridder will be a restricted free agent. It's safe to say the Raiders will add at least one quarterback this offseason.
