The Las Vegas Raiders made the difficult decision to move on from former head coach Antonio Pierce after an injury-plagued season that included a brutal 10-game losing streak. While Pierce could have done some things better, he was undoubtedly put in a challenging position with a roster that ranks in the league's bottom half. The Raiders struggled mightily this season for many reasons besides the head coach. Such is the case for Pierce after an unsuccessful stint as the Raiders' head coach.
