Fantasy Football start or sit Week 16: Jakobi Meyers, Alexander Mattison, Aidan O'Connell

In what is a meeting between two of the worst teams in the NFL, the Las Vegas Raiders will host the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 16. If the Raiders want to win (they don't because of draft positioning), they'll need quarterback Aidan O'Connell, running back Alexander Mattison and wide receiver Jakobi Meyers to step up.
