Raiders' starting quarterback decision is the wrong one, but isn't surprising

The Las Vegas Raiders had a question mark at the quarterback position (what else is new?) entering the Week 11 game against the Miami Dolphins after starter Gardner Minshew was benched for a third time this season. The Raiders made their choice on Wednesday - when addressing the media, head coach Antonio Pierce revealed that Minshew will get the nod once again this week.
