Believe it or not, Raiders have reasons to be optimistic about the future

There are no two ways about it: the Las Vegas Raiders are a mess as they hit their bye week, and things are not going to get better over the final eight games of the 2024 campaign, which is going to make the next month-plus tough to sit through. Head coach Antonio Pierce has been a major disappointment, as has most of his coaching staff, which is why the Raiders made changes recently and brought in a 72-year-old former head coach to try and help figure things out. The biggest issue of the bunch for Las Vegas is the fact that it doesn't have a young quarterback of the future on its roster, and finding one of those is far easier said than done. While it's hard to be optimistic about anything right now, there are reasons for fans to be hopeful for the future.
