The star-crossed Derek Carr era with the Las Vegas Raiders is over ... unless it isn't. The feeling the past few years, dating from former coach Jon Gruden to interim coach Rich Bisaccia to current coach Josh McDaniels, in the Raiders' building was that Carr was never the problem, but many wondered if he was the answer.
