The Las Vegas Raiders are reshuffling the deck this offseason, and these three starters from 2022 are prime cut candidates. The 2023 offseason is shaping up to be one of the more exciting in recent memory for the Raiders franchise, as they have a lot of work to do with this roster. Las Vegas went into the 2022 NFL season fresh off a playoff berth the year before, only to go 6-11 in Josh Mcdaniels' first season at the helm. Quarterback Derek Carr was benched for the last two regular-season games, even with the team still technically alive in the playoff race heading into Week 17, and it is clear his time in Las Vegas is over.
