Ed Graney: Easy call — Raiders should use franchise tag on Josh Jacobs

The team needs to next make the most sensible move: franchise tag him. It is the best move for the Raiders. Jacobs didn't have his fifth-year option picked up and answered such doubt from those making decisions by rushing for 1,653 yards and 12 touchdowns. Jacobs, 25, might be taking a wait-and-see approach — as he should — but the organization shouldn't.
