The Las Vegas Raiders let some key players walk in free agency this past offseason, and here are three of them who really failed their new organization. Last offseason, the Las Vegas Raiders had plenty of decisions to make in free agency, as nearly half of the roster was entering the market. While some remained with the Silver and Black, some left for what they thought was a better situation, and some guys really improved outside of Las Vegas. While guys like Zay Jones, Quinton Jefferson, and Alec Ingold are likely happy they left, some former Raiders had a rough go in 2022 with their new organizations.
