Two problems with the Las Vegas Raiders’ early-season struggles — prior to winning their first game of the season Sunday — might be player readiness and concentration. Unlike teenagers preparing for a Friday night game, with coaches certifying Thursday night that their players were home and in bed by 10 p.m. the grown-up football players party and probably gamble until they fall asleep at the tables.
