The XFL, the once-defunct football league that was revived in 2020 but shut down shortly after due to the pandemic, is coming back to Las Vegas when its new season starts in February. Eight teams will play in the revived league in 2023, the league announced Sunday, with Las Vegas being one of the host cities. A team name and location have yet to be announced, but Pro Football Hall of Famer Rod Woodson has been named the team's first coach.
