The first Black woman to serve as team president in NFL history was hired by the Las Vegas Raiders. Sandra Douglass Morgan, a former Nevada gambling regulator, was announced last Thursday as the franchise’s new president. Team owner Mark Davis said Morgan topped his list every time after he spoke to candidates.
