Much Ado About Nothing: Aaron Rodgers, Davante Adams staying in Green Bay

All offseason, the speculations and/or hopes from fans of teams around the league were that they would get their hands on either Aaron Rodgers or Davante Adams…or both. Well, bad news, guys. Rodgers and Adams aren’t going anywhere. They are *both* staying put in Green Bay where they have been together for eight years. Today, reports have Aaron Rodgers signing a monster 4-year extension worth up to $200 million, with $153 million guaranteed. Adams purchasing a house in Las Vegas recently had many thinking it was happening. Well, he may be joining Carr in Las Vegas, but not as a teammate. You didn’t *really* think two elite players like Rodgers and Adams were going to be traded or hit the open market, did you? It’s a relief that the saga is over, at least for one more year.
