During his first NFL season, New England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones had the experienced hand of offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels guiding him. A former NFL head coach, McDaniels spent his 13th season as New England’s offensive coordinator working with the former Alabama All-American, who started all 17 regular-season games and a playoff contest under center for the Patriots as a rookie in the 2021 campaign.
