The Las Vegas Raiders punched their ticket to the playoffs for the first time since the 2016 season this past year, eventually losing in the Wild Card round to the Cincinnati Bengals. The franchise has not won a playoff game in 20 years, and with a new general manager and head coach coming in, things are going to look a lot different next season.
