Is Jon Gruden's Resignation From The Las Vegas Raiders Enough?

The paper says the coach used misogynistic and homophobic language in those messages. Another story in The Wall Street Journal alleges that Gruden used racially insensitive language in 2011. Gruden apologizes and says he doesn’t want to be a distraction for the team.
